The service is operated by Moonbeam Catcher LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using 5472filing.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We are not tax professionals, attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), or enrolled agents. Nothing on this website, within the application, or in any communication from us constitutes tax advice, legal advice, or professional financial guidance of any kind. All content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

The PDF prefill feature populates IRS forms based solely on the information you provide. We do not review, validate, audit, or verify the data you enter. Fax status updates (delivered, failed, etc.) are reported by the carrier and may not reflect actual IRS receipt or processing. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all applicable IRS filing deadlines. Failure to timely file Form 5472 can result in a penalty of $25,000 or more per form per year. We are not liable for any penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from late or missed filings, regardless of the reason.

Certain features of the service may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable. If a fax transmission fails due to a technical error on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to retry or issue a credit at our discretion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONBEAM CATCHER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IRS PENALTIES, MISSED DEADLINES, FINES, INTEREST CHARGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
